What we do
People Innovations specialises in the implementation and support of change at all levels: from improving the performance of individual employees and teams to accompanying the explosive growth of startups. We integrate and transform large companies, launch corporate innovations, products, markets and startups.
When planning, launching, during active development, or when serious delays occur. Usually, our support is needed when plans go visibly wrong or difficulties with personnel occur. When we start working on a project from the beginning, it’s usually because established teams have no experience with a new project and want to save time and resources by gaining first hand experience from a mentor.
We assist any stage of change
From one-off sessions or complex programs. Face-to-face and/or remote. In the form of consultations, events, preparation of analytics, selection and streamlining of subcontractors, training and facilitation of decisions and strategies. A project can last from one consultation/event up to 1 year. In most cases, we accompany the project for 4-7 months.
